You will not miss the sea in Mardin even if you are a child of the sea, one who misses seas the most in cities without a sea. As evening falls, you will realize how tired you actually are. You must be hungry if you did not have a chance to visit Uncle Ramo while running around from one street to another, a classic that must have been whispered in your ear before you came. But you may consider yourself lucky, because the surprises of Mardin are not over yet dear reader. Hang on tight, because a dinner table fit for kings awaits you if you can find the right address. It’s time to meet the Mardin cuisine.
