çizgi kiliseden hemen önce
Barberini Meydanı’ndan
geçmektedir. Ve Bernini
zamanında bu meydanda da
metro inşaatını çökertebileceği
korkusuyla yeri değiştirilene
kadar tıpkı Piazza Popolo
ve San Pietro Meydanı gibi
bir dikilitaş yükselmektedir.
Langdon’ın hiç şüphesi
kalmamıştır, Haşhaşin onları
Santa Maria Della Vittorio’da
beklemektedir.
Kiliseye vardıklarında işler
karışır. Üçüncü kardinal de
kilisenin orta yerinde üst üste
yığılmış ve ateşe verilmiş
ahşap sıraların üstünde
göğsünden damgalanmış
(“fire”) ve çarmıha gerilmiş
gibi kablolarla yukarıya
asılmış bir şekilde yavaş yavaş

Republica duraklarında inerek
ulaşabilirsiniz. Republica’da
inip Berberini Meydanı’na
doğru yürürseniz çok güzel
sokaklarla karşılaşacaksınız.

Emmanuel Anıtı’na doğru
giden cadde üzerinde de
güzel mağazalar var. Meşhur
İspanyol Merdivenleri’nin ve
Aşk Çeşmesi’nin de yakınlarda
olduğunu hatırlatalım.

better symbol for water and for
the fourth mihrab of science.
Langdon wastes no time and
rushes off to the square. This
time he is on time. He arrives
when is Hashashin lowering
the cardinal tied up in chains
down to the water. However,

Piazza Navona
It is one of the most touristic
spots of Rome. We are at a
historical region known as Centro
Historico that is very close to
the Pantheon. The street is filled
with artists, painters, musicians,
fortunetellers and cafes; it is a
square that you must see with
its fountain and statues but this
place was actually an ancient
arena of Rome. Even though
Langdon has always remained
one step behind Hashashin and
has failed to save the cardinals,
he is following the Illumination
Path correctly. Even though he
has failed to save the cardinals,
Vittoria is still with the murderer
and the lives of tens of thousands
of people waiting for the results
of the election are at stake when
the Vatican City will blow up on
midnight.
Castel San Angelo: Castle
of the Holy Angel
Castel San Angelo is located
right along the coast of the Tiber
River. It is a Roman Castle that
has been used as the home of
Pope as well as a prison where
the Cem Sultan, son of Fatih
Sultan Mehmet was imprisoned.
You can reach here on foot from
San Pietro and from Piazza
Navona as well. When you follow
the story and walk from Navona,
you can discover the treasures
along the back streets and pass
over the impressive Bridge of
Angels. Langdon realizes a
solitary pigeon on the obelisk
towering over the fountain and
it does not take long for him
to realize that this is the Angel
of Peace according to Pagan
belief. The angel is again at the
lead! Langdon climbs up to the
pigeon and sees a very familiar
structure in the direction of the
gaze of the pigeon. A dramatic
path adorned by twelve large
angels carved by none other
than Bernini passing through the
Castle of the Holy Angel (Castel
