In order to appeal to all tastes,
with its 11 rooms named after
the colonies which were found
here in the past and decorated
in 5 different types, our hotel
has been hosting its guests with
love and friendly manner since
2009. Among the rooms named
Caria, Velia, Alalia, Larisa and
Massalia in which all the details
were designed with the thought
of comfort and peace of the
guests, you can watch the sea
in the jacuzzi which is enriched
with lavender, rosemary, mint
and thymus bath salts in Alalia
and you can enjoy your hamam
with the lighthouse scenery. With
the lavender purses in the rooms,
you can inhale the scent of the
mountains in Foca and you can
feel as if you become integrated
with the nature of the region as
you enjoy the unique scenery.

with the hotel’s special “Gourmet
Breakfast” and in the evening
you choose your appetizers from
the olive oil dish menu special to
Aegean. In the hotel’s restuarant
named “Nightingale Table”,
which appeals not only to eye
but also taste, besides meat and
fish, vegetables from our garden
and olive oil dishes cooked with
the herbs collected from Foca
mountains are served. In our
hotel where lunch and dinner
are served à la carte, eggs from
organicly fed hens, herbal pies
made of handmade phyllo pastry,
handpick olives, herbal salads,
all kinds of flower and fruit jams,
fresh thymus are only some of
the breakfast menu…If you want,
you can attend the workshops,
which are to cook each meal that
is prepared in the kitchen and
served with care with the guests,
planned according to the season
and the requests.
There is not a private beach of
the hotel, but it is possible to
swim from the pier in front of
the hotel or use the contracted
beach. Joining the hotel tours
to Foca and boat tours to the
surrounding islands, you can
create an oppurtunity to swim in
the untouched bays with deep
blue waters. According to your
preference, either guided or
unguided, you join the daily tours
to Pergamum, Ephesus, Izmir
and Cesme and taste the mortar
coffee in Kozbeyli Village. As you
have your evening tea with special
home-made cookies, you relax;
you watch the unique scenery of
the sunset with the company of
light music and special Foca wine.
