İlkini düzenlediğimiz Bursa Fotoğraf Yarışması’na toplamda 1482 fotoğraf ile 444 fotoğrafçı katıldı. Yarışmacıların
316’sı Bursa’dan, 66’sı İstanbul’dan geri kalanı ise Türkiye’nin çeşitli illerindendi. 400’ü aşkın kişinin katıldığı ödül
töreni ise deyim yerindeyse “dolup dolup taştı...” Biz Bursa’ya ve fotoğrafa inandık, neticesinde gururlandık.

Çıkış hikayesi ile başlayalım
söze. Bursa’da fotoğraf
sanatına özellikle çıkarttığımız
yayınlar ve gerçekleştirdiğimiz
özel çekimler ile büyük emekler
vermiş bir ekip olarak, Bursa’ya
yeni bir “değer” kazandırmak
istedik. Bu yarışma ile fotoğraf
sanatı için “gündem” yaratmak
istiyorduk. Proje için gerekli ön
hazırlıkları gerçekleştirmemiz
6 ay kadar sürdü. Bursa ile
kucaklaşması gereken bir proje
hazırlamalıydık. Bunun için
çeşitli hazırlıklar sergiledik.

Let us start with the story of how
things started. As a team from
Bursa that made huge efforts to
the art of photography with our
publications and special photo
shoots, we wanted to provide a
new “value” to Bursa. We wanted
to create an “agenda” for the
art of photography with this
contest. The pre-arrangements
for the contest lasted about 6
months. We needed to prepare
an organization that would
embrace all of Bursa. For
this reason we made various
preparations. Making a website
where photographers could
easily and safely upload and
showcase their work, writing a
fair and effective contract for
the contest, preparing a media
and presentation campaign
that would enable the contest
to reach everyone, determining
A total of 444 photographers with 1482 photos participated in the first Bursa Photography Contest that we organized.
316 of the contestants were from Bursa, 66 were from Istanbul and the rest were from various other cities in Turkey. The
award ceremony was “full to the brim” with over 400 people… We believed in Bursa and photography and took pride in
the end. We acknowledge all those who had their fingers in their pie.
