Every day I talk with many
patients who have a problem
about their face, nose or cheeks;
in short those who have a
problem somewhere around their
face. Most come in with a photo
at hand, say that they want “a
new face” and get information
about the surgeries. They think
that they will have a new face
when they get their noses done
or when a certain part of their
face becomes more beautiful
than it was before. However, it
is impossible to get a new face
with only a single nose operation
or by rearranging another part of
the face. I state the same thing to
all my patients regarding plastic
surgeries on the face:
“The face is a whole and it
is perceived as a whole”
You may like the nose of a close
friend or a popular artist. When
you look closer, you’ll see that
it is in perfect harmony with the
rest of the face. It is at the right
spot with respect to the cheeks,
eyes, forehead and chin. In fact,
it is this integrity that makes the
nose look beautiful. That is why
even if you adore that nose and
get it done on your face, the
incompatibility will be very clear.
The best result, the most
comfortable application
I wish to emphasize once
again that you cannot get clear
results with only a nose surgery.
Your new nose should be in
perfect harmony with the rest
of your face. That is why your
forehead, cheekbones and
chin are evaluated as a whole
with the correct calculations.
Several applications are made
for these arrangements without
a need for surgery, scalpel or
cut mark. We get good results in
all facial plastic surgeries using
the methods developed by me
such as fat transfer and spider
web aesthetics and I ensure
that all my patients experience
these processes in the most
comfortable manner both during
and after the operation. Whereas
before, we were not able to
get the results we wanted for
fat transfer to the face, now we
observe maximum benefit for the
patient thanks to this methods.
When making spider web plastic
surgery on the face, the threads
I place enable enriched plasma
gel fat transfer taken from the fat
cells of the patient. These tissues
settle under the skin, therefore
enabling us to get the desired
results without any need for filler
application.
