her idols Ella Fitzgerald, Enrico
Menas, Richard Bona, Bobby
McFerrin to her music throughout
her career… She was influenced
not only by French music but also
by jazz, blues, Afro, Latin music
that can be considered to be her
starting point. The rest comes
naturally when she opens her
mouth to sing, her naturalness
is reflected in her voice thus
turning everywhere she sings
into a center stage be it a street
or a stadium. Zaz was selected
as the “Best Musician” of 2010
