yiğit bir alp oluşunu yansıtan iki
ayrı heykeli selamlıyor Bursalıları
şimdi.
Bir “deli” aşktan
geriye kalan
Eski Bursalıların, bugünün
yetişkinlerinin çocukluk
anılarında gizli bir kahramandı
Deli Ayten. Kulaktan kulağa
anlatılan efsanesi, yaşatılan
ismiyle bugünün çocuklarının
da tanıdığı biri haline geldi.
Nihat Küçük’ün meşhur
fotoğrafı, 2009’da Kamberler
Parkı’na dikilen Deli Ayten
heykelinin ilham kaynağı
oldu. Hasan’ından kalma
cümbüşüyle, sırtında davuluyla,
koluna dizdiği çantalarıyla
hatırlanan Ayten Şenaşık, onu
hiç görmemiş olanların bile
uzun zamandır tanıdığı biri
haline geldi. Ayten Şenaşık,
ömrünü geçirdiği Kamberler’de
ölümsüzleşti. Bu sayede gelene
his reforms and his strong and
powerful regime; to give our
blood for the land of our country
and our life for its freedom in the
name of our youth, honor and
Turkishness.”
The memory of a just and
wise hero
Osman Gazi was a hero who
believed that the good tidings
of the foundation were received
in Bursa whose life was full of
conquests and victories. He
was also known for his justice
and wisdom. He passed away
upon learning that Bursa was
conquered after a siege that
lasted for years. His memory
was bound to take its place at
the seat of honor in the city. For
years, he showed the right path
to people at the Şehreküstü
Square with a book in his
hand on which it was written:
“Be just!”. It was in 2009 that
people realized something was
amiss on this statue. It was
decided to build a new statue
