atıkları bitki kökleri, çakıllar
arasında parçalanıp tarımsal
sulamada kullanılabiliyor.
Şehir merkezine 38 kilometre
uzaklıkta olan Eskikaraağaç’a
özel araçla ulaşım sağlamak
son derece kolay. Bursa’dan
İzmir yoluna doğru giderken,
Gölyazı Kavşağı’nı dört
kilometre kadar geçiyor ve
sola doğru ayrılan yoldan 3
kilometre daha ilerleyerek
ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Geldiğiniz
dönemi festival dönemine denk
getirirseniz eğer, yolun başında
leylekler karşılıyor sizi. Her
Storks and the locals around
the lake have become so close
that the same stork can return
the next year and find the same
person that was interested in
it the year before. The locals
and the storks have been living
together in harmony for years at
Eskikaraağaç which is known
also as the 11th Stork Village
of Europe. Indeed, the locals
are so attached to the storks
that they believe the storks
bring peace and joy to the
village. Every detail has been
considered in order to support
the natural environment and
protect the rights of the animals
to live. Another proof of this is
that the first natural treatment
facility has been established
here. Thus, sewage wastes
can be used for agricultural
irrigation after being treated in
plant roots and pebbles. It is
very easy to go to Eskikaraağaç
by car which is 38 kilometers
away from the city center. You
pass the Gölyazı Junction about
four kilometers on your way to
