olan Bursalı yanında mutlaka
kestane şekeri götürür. Bursa
dışından gelen yerli yabancı
misafirler bu şekerin tadına
bakmadan, yanına birkaç
kutu almadan geri dönmez.

Cantık:

Bursa flavor. Cantık is the
best known snack by Bursa
residents….The one with the
mince is the favorite and also
the ones with the meat cubes
and cheese is possible. Again,
a tradition that hasn’t been
forgotten and kept on doing…
Especially having a Sunday
morning breakfast at the Cantık
shops in Kayhan is an old Bursa
tradition.
Kayhan Pita Bread With
Meat Balls:
We can name Pita Bread as
“ public İskender” which it’s
history comes after İskender
Kebab. Since we love İskender
a lot, we host our guest at the
symbol of Bursa, İskender and
then prefer the famous Pita
Bread with Meat Balls of Kayhan
when we are on our own. The
lamb meat of İskender replaces
by delicious meatball, the pita is
cooked and buttered, and eaten
with joy.
Candied Chestnut:
Candied chestnut is one of the
essentials of Bursa…The resident
of Bursa, who is going to visit a
friend or a relative, certainly takes
some chestnut with himself/
herself. The domestic and
foreign visitors of Bursa don’t
return from not tasting these
candies or buy some of these
candies. Along with the most
popular fried or roasted types,
the Candied Chestnut which give
flavor to many desserts and food,
is the sweetest tradition of Bursa.
